Prepare a brief for a calendar meeting
Ten minutes before a call, the context is spread across four tabs. Dassi reads the tabs you already have open and puts it on one page.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”New to Dassi? Follow the installation guide and model setup guide.
Open the calendar event, and in other tabs the sources you want used: the email search for the attendee’s name, their CRM record, their LinkedIn profile. Open Dassi on the calendar tab. Dassi reads only the tabs in this window’s group.
1. Build the brief
Section titled “1. Build the brief”Read this calendar event. For each attendee, look at my open tabs for their email threads, CRM record and LinkedIn profile, and write: who they are, when we last spoke and about what, and any open items. Keep it to one line per fact and say which tab each fact came from.Read only — do not send, edit or log anything.2. Turn it into an agenda
Section titled “2. Turn it into an agenda”Based on that, suggest a 3-item agenda and 3 questions I should ask. Mark anything that's a guess about what they want.Check the result
Section titled “Check the result”Each fact should point at a tab you can see. If Dassi mentions something not in any open tab, it’s inferring — cut it. The last-contact date is the fact most worth checking against the email thread. Nothing should have been written to the CRM or calendar.
